When is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Some products
may be subject to back orders. You will be notified about any
delays or back orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are $9.99 flat rate to anywhere in the U.S
or Canada. Free shipping with any orders over $99.00.
Return policy:
If for any reason you are concerned about the products you
have purchased, feel free to contact us right away. We guarantee
satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with your products,
send unopened products back within 14 days and we will refund
your purchase price. If you have opened the item and even if
you have used part of it, do not worry, we will still refund
you 50% of your purchase price, including return shipping back
to us.
May I to speak to a health care professional or pharmacist?
We recommend to always consult your own health care professional
for medical advise, however, to learn more about the products
on our site, or learn more about other available products, please
call us and we connect you with our knowledgeable health staff
or pharmacist to help answer your questions.
Where are the products made and shipped from?
We only sell reputable, approved products. We ship our products
right from our local Vancouver Pharmacy or Canadian Suppliers.
